Return Window

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in original packaging with tags and invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care, innerwear, perishable goods, grocery and customized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Replacements
